Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy. That means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags where applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hello@wildpupworld.com. If your return is accepted, we will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can look into it and put it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned under this voluntary policy, such as perishable goods, custom or personalised products, and personal-care goods. We also cannot accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Get in touch if you are unsure about your specific item.

Gift cards are not eligible for this voluntary return policy.

Sale items remain eligible for this 30-day return policy unless a product is clearly marked otherwise before purchase.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have. Once that return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Cooling-off rights

If goods are shipped to the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also have a legal right to cancel within 14 days for any reason. The item should be unused and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

For customers in Australia, nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. Customers elsewhere keep any mandatory consumer rights that apply to them. Those rights are separate from this 30-day voluntary return policy.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take extra time to show the funds.
